The elections will be held during the CHORUS Annual Members Meeting at the Ritz-Carlton, 1150 22nd Street, NW, Washington DC in the Washington Room, 1:00 – 2:00 pm on February 7, 2018.
Our Board of Directors and Executive Leadership team will deliver a report on the accomplishments of the organization, our evolving relationships with research and funding agencies, our campaign for additional members and a report on finances.
A vote for the slate of 4 candidates recommended by the Nominating Committee to serve three-year terms will be held at the Annual Members Meeting. Biographies of the nominees are available on the governance page and will be available at the annual meeting.
It is very important that all members vote to ensure that there is a quorum for the election. Details on CHORUS voting procedures and instructions for voting by proxy can be found on the governance page. You may vote in person at the Annual Members Meeting, or by proxy for members who cannot attend. Notification of the election results will be sent by email shortly after the February 7th meeting.
We encourage all members to participate in the election process and the Annual Meeting as well as in our working groups, or on an ad-hoc basis.
